Investing in Energy and People: Our 2025
In 2025, we have accelerated our journey towards sustainability with concrete actions focused on two strategic objectives: reducing our environmental impact and improving the quality of life of our employees.
Environmental Impact: Less CO₂, more Clean Energy
We have completed the installation of 253 photovoltaic panels, reaching a production capacity of 134,460 kWh per year. This self-production represents a fundamental change of approach: it allows us to avoid the emission of 53,785 kg of CO₂ every year.
To understand the practical significance of this result, the savings achieved are equivalent to:
- Travel by car for over 448,000 km (more than 10 times around the Earth).
- · The absorption power of a forest of 2,445 trees.
Social Impact: Safety and Well-being in the Workplace
We believe that sustainability starts with the well-being of our employees. That is why we have invested in the microclimate of our production departments, installing 9 new-generation cooling systems.
The result was an instant improvement: the average internal temperature dropped by 5°C, with a significant reduction in humidity. This intervention made the working environment not only more comfortable, but also safer, promoting concentration and reducing the risks associated with heat stress.
